Domestic Shipping
At Otaku Gems, we believe shipping should be simple, transparent, and free whenever possible. That’s why we offer FREE UK shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.
Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery in 1–4 working days from dispatch.
Need it faster? We also offer Premium Next Day delivery option:

International Shipping
We don’t currently offer international shipping—but it’s on the way! We’re working hard to make worldwide delivery available soon, so you can enjoy Otaku Gems no matter where you are. Stay tuned for updates!
How Long Is The Processing Period?
Our current processing time is 7–10 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
This includes the time it takes to prepare, pack, and schedule your order for shipment.
We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care!
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once your order has been processed (typically within 7–10 business days), shipping within the UK usually takes 1–4 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at help@otaku-gems.com with your name and order number.
We’ll do our best to make the change, but please note that address updates are not guaranteed once your order has been packed or shipped.
Can I Order In-Stock and Preorder Items Together?
We kindly ask that you place pre-orders separately from in-stock items.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be held until all items are available. We only dispatch complete orders, so nothing will ship until your preorder item is ready.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Will my order come in one package?
What Happens if an Item is Out of Stock or Backordered?
If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or backordered, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an update. You’ll have the option to:
- Wait for the item to come back into stock
- Swap it for a different product
- Or request a refund
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but in rare cases, availability may change before your order is processed.
I Received a Damaged Item. What Should I Do?
We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please email us at help@otaku-gems.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged item.
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What If an Item is Missing or Damaged in My Order?
If something is missing from your order or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@otaku-gems.com.
Be sure to include your name, order number, and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@otaku-gems.com.
Cancellations are only possible before your order has been processed or shipped. Once your order is in progress, we may not be able to make changes.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip.
What items can't be returned?
We don’t accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Items missing original packaging
- Gift cards
How do I return an item?
Email us at help@otaku-gems.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA) and return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover shipping. For all other returns, you’re responsible for return shipping.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
