UNLIMITED UNIVERSE MEGALOMARIA ZIRCONIA Plastic Model

From Kotobukiya comes Zirconia, a striking new addition to the UNLIMITED UNIVERSE MEGALOMARIA plastic model series. Designed with a male-body aesthetic and featuring a bare face, Zirconia is based on the image of a male-body type Seeker. Despite its streamlined armament, this model is engineered to fully showcase the marionette-style action gimmicks that define the series.

Zirconia boasts a newly sculpted, life-like head part, meticulously crafted with attention to hair detail, reminiscent of the Sousai Shojo Teien series. The pre-painted 'Naked Face' includes movable eyes, allowing for customisation of the character's gaze to match various action poses using the included tool. Please note, this face part is uniquely designed and not compatible with Mephisto or Ghillie Dhu models.

Articulation is a key feature, with approximately 54 points of articulation across the body. The advanced knee joint system, combined with new shin articulation, enables the model to sit in seiza, with legs folded underneath. New toe articulation further enhances the ability to achieve aggressive stances. The independently moving knee armor can be adjusted for optimal posing. Shoulder joints are composed of multiple parts, allowing them to be pulled forward for a crossed-arms pose.

Included is a large Arm Blade with a rotatable base, and its 0.3cm connection joints allow for customisation with other figures. The wrists feature three-point joints designed to bend inwards almost 180 degrees, enabling the hard point to be brought forward. Zirconia's larger wrist joints, compared to female-body style characters, are built to handle larger, more powerful weapons. The kit comes with seven types of hands, including those for swords and guns, clenched fists, and various open hands. The model is approximately 18cm tall (non-scale) and uses eight colours: off-white, white, light gray, gray, stone gray, black, and clear black.
